THIS method is a practice, a practice that has worked so well for me and for others, that has been handed down and shared, in person, in the environment itself, each environment being different. It has to do with communication. I worry that writing an essay on something I never learned through writing, but through life, through other's examples; and that sometimes you need to pick things up in person - that the writing could flatten or be used in ways I never attended. There are many things that are good to learn hands on. There are different environments. There is time silence is peace and meditative, there are ways to organize events so all can be at home, there is balance, theres are difference in different environments and groups. I don't know how to put all that into an essay. I don't think that sharing radical childcare practices can always be put into words but is good to learn in a social way with others. Its a strange disclaimer but I don't think I've ever had something so much a living practice that was less theoretical (detached, european, which can take one thing and use it in another way far from what it was meant; and be the same old oppression in new jargon) western words then this practice and just want to stress the need for folks to communicate, respect, and work with each other. Its about the spirit not the letter, of the thing. Its about figuring out ways to work together better. I don't think in todays world we can make blanket assumptions. But when gathering, we can help guide some ground rules or set out some expectations to organize - similar in other ways that moderators do. this is a great practice I wanted to share - about HOW to make a meeting more child-friendly. This is not something I am trying to force on anyone who doesn't understand how to make this announcement, nor do I want them to be taken and used as empty words. All the best <3chinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10831974939260801377noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5540872521268921334.post-21756565616760089862010-11-10T04:41:19.469-08:002010-11-10T04:41:19.469-08:00This is a wonderful message that I wish our cultur...This is a wonderful message that I wish our culture would embrace.Lone Star Mahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14339475499304565638noreply@blogger.com
